Illinois State University seeks an experienced, properly licensed and insured elevator service contractor to provide necessary services which include but are not limited to the analysis, testing, documentation, maintenance, cleaning, adjustment, lubrication, replacement of worn parts and potential repairs as authorized by the University for all equipment listed in this RFP.

This solicitation has a mandatory pre-submission meeting

Interested vendors must register with the solicitation contact (Corey W. Leslie) via email cwlesli@ilstu.edu by 4:30pm local time on Thursday, March 2, 2017. See the solicitation document for further details.

Illinois State University is committed to a transparent, competitive solicitation process, and welcomes requests for information and questions concerning this RFP. All answers that affect the scope of work will be posted via addendum. To give questions appropriate consideration, and to give interested vendors time to respond to the resulting clarifications, the University requires that all questions be submitted no later than 4:30pm CST on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 to Corey W. Leslie at cwlesli@ilstu.edu. The University may not response to questions received after this time.
