The University awarded a contract for a Talent Pipeline Management System Consultant.
The University has contracted with a Talent Pipeline Management System Consultant to assist with Illinois Center for Specialized Professional Support to provide support for the Illinois Workforce Innovation Apprenticeship and Business Engagement Committees.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(8)) Kim Kuchenbrod will provide consulting services to improve the alignment of Workforce resources, especially for disenfranchised communities, as identified in Governor Pritzker's Executive Order, 2019-03.
