A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held April 24, 2013 at 10 A.M. in Room 213 Redbird Arena, 702 W. College Ave, Normal,IL. (park in Turner Lot and enter East doors of the arena). This will be the only on-site visit allowed for this project.

Design, fabrication, delivery and complete installation of scoreboard system, 720p/1080i/1080p high definition video display system, stadium sound system and related equipment and software for Illinois State University Hancock Stadium.
The University is seeking multiple options/configurations. The University reserves the right to award to multiple vendors and to choice the proposal option deemed most advantageous to meet its needs.
