A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2004, 10:00 AM local time at Facilities Planning, 608 S. Main, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. To submit a bid for this project, bidders must attend and their company name must appear on the official attendance log. The log will be used in the bid opening process. If your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
