The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the UPB Office rehab at Bone Student Center project (Bid # EB101904).
The project consists of interior remodeling, including HVAC and Electrical to existing space in Bone Student Center.
Two sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained at the Office of the Architect, 108 West Monroe Street, PO Box 3234, Bloomington, Illinois 61702, upon receipt of a plan deposit in the amount of $25 per set, payable to Mills/Sweeney, Architects. Failure to submit a bid and/or return the bidding documents in good condition within ten days after receipt of bids will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Additional sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained by payment of printing costs.
Bidding Documents shall not be returned with the bid.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked UPB Office rehab at Bone Student Center. Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, October 19, 2004. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 7, 2004, 10:00AM local time at the project site, Bone Student Center, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. To submit a bid for this project, bidders must attend and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. The log will be used in the bid opening process. If your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
