The University awarded a contract for consulting to troubleshoot payroll issues.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which immediate action was needed to prevent any disruption in University services.
Due to significant problems that were discovered while running the new payroll system that resulted in miscalculation of pay for nearly 600 employees, the University requires Oracle consultants to investigate and correct the issues before the next payroll is processed.
