The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University on behalf of the University Comptroller is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide Facilities & Administrative Cost Rate Consultant services for our Grants Department.
Illinois State University needs assistance in its preparation of a Facilities and Administrative Cost Rate Proposal to be submitted to the Department of Health and Human Services of the Federal Government by December 31, 2012. The current Facilities and Administrative Cost Rate Agreement terminates June 30, 2013 and includes a provisional rate in effect for the period from July 1, 2013 until amended.

Submit 6 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
