The University wishes to lease 6,000 to 8,000 square feet of space located at Normal, IL for a period of 10 years. This property will be used for the Illinois Art Station.

The space should be located within a maximum � mile walking distance from the Uptown Circle area in Uptown Normal, Illinois. This is a geographic area bounded by Illinois State University, the Children's Discovery Museum, University Galleries of Illinois State University, and Normal Public Library. This property will be used primarily for visual arts training and workshops.
