The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University on behalf of the Facilities Management Department (University) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide an existing and proven comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
The University maintains over 100 buildings, consisting of approximately 6 million gross square feet. There are several maintenance offices located throughout campus. Work orders generated annually exceed 45,000 in number.
The University seeks to automate its work order system to provide more accurate and timely information to decision makers, to streamline current maintenance processes taking advantage of new technology and to integrate the system into local, as well as University accounting databases. The system must be self-maintained and easily manageable.

Submit 7 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
