The Board of Trustees of the Illinois State University is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the selection of a marketing firm to create a broad-based social marketing campaign for the Department of Education project titled “Reducing High Risk Drinking Among College Students in Bloomington-Normal, IL". It is aimed at altering community perceptions surrounding the issues of high-risk drinking among college students. This firm will develop a communication plan that includes the development of messages, conducting of community focus groups and the creation of a series of messages that will be implemented in the second year of the grant via multiple media channels.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
