The Board of Trustees of the Illinois State University is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the selection of a marketing firm to create a broad-based social marketing campaign for the Department of Education project titled âReducing High Risk Drinking Among College Students in Bloomington-Normal, IL". It is aimed at altering community perceptions surrounding the issues of high-risk drinking among college students. This firm will develop a communication plan that includes the development of messages, conducting of community focus groups and the creation of a series of messages that will be implemented in the second year of the grant via multiple media channels.
