The University awarded a contract for an ARC software module for Power Flex to T2 Systems, Inc., Indianapolis, IN, for an estimated $166,681.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
compatibility of equipment, accessories, replacement parts, or service is a paramount consideration.
At this time ISU Parking and Transportation is using T2 Systems Power Flex software to manage their parking program. In addition, T2 provides a software module to the Power Flex called "Access and Revenue Control" (ARC) that manages the transient and permit parking functions for a parking lot and/or parking garage/facility. The ARC software works in conjunction with the Power Flex software to provide a universal management program. T2 Systems is the only source for this module.
