The University awarded a contract for bus services to Bloomington-Normal Public Transit System, Bloomington, IL, for an estimated $475,000.
The University relies on pre-paid transportation services for students. These services are for travel within the community on the public transportation fixed routes as well as contracted shuttle routes in and around the campus.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
full fixed route services are only available from the Bloomington-Normal Public Transportation System. There is no other provider.
