Request for Information: Administrative Support Office Space

The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University on behalf of Facilities Planning (University) is seeking Proposals from qualified providers regarding the availability of leased office space. The University wishes to lease 18,000 to 22,000 square feet of contiguous office space for administrative support office space located within a 15 minute walking distance to the center of the campus (center of the Quadrangle). This property will be used primarily as office space for administrative support units, including professional staff and support personnel.
The initial contract will begin upon occupancy and continue for approximately 60 months with ending date coinciding with the University?s fiscal year end, June 30. After the initial contract period, any renewal of the contract must have beginning and ending dates within or coinciding with the University?s fiscal year (July 1-June 30). The contract should have annual renewable options of a 12 month contract for a maximum total contract term of ten (10) years.
The University reserves the sole right to renew agreements for any or all of the option periods specified based on the continuing need and favorable market conditions, when in the best interest of the University. The University also reserves the right to exercise any of the renewal options early or to exercise more than one option at a time.
