The University awarded a contract for police dispatch software system and licenses to Information Management Corporation, North Grafton, MA, for an estimated $66,000.
ISU is in need of this particular TriTech police dispatch software system that will allow ISU to interface with local county and city dispatch and emergency systems.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the compatibility of equipment, accessories, replacement parts, or service is a paramount consideration.
