The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Williams Hall crane damage repair project (Bid # LB01080200).
This project includes exterior and interior repairs to areas of a campus building that were damaged by a crane. Work includes roof repair and replacement, masonry repair and replacement, wood window repair, wall and ceiling repair, and painting.
Bidding documents may be obtained at Shive-Hattery, Inc., 2103 Eastland Dr., Bloomington, IL 61701. A refundable plan deposit of $50 per set is required.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked Williams Hall crane damage repair. Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Tuesday, January 8, 2002. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 12, 2001, 1:30 PM local time, Facilites Planning Conference Room, Illinois State University, Normal, IL. If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company''s name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company''s name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be openend.
