Illinois State University is requesting bids for the removal and disposal of materials from the decommissioning of the ISU Farm on Gregory St.The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 3, 2004, 1:30 PM, at the job site, ISU Farm, West Gregory St., Normal, IL. If your company intends to submit a prime bid on this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. The log will be used at the bid opening. If your company name does not appear on the official attendance log, your bid will not be opened.
