The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the entry work at Hovey Hall and Old Student Union buildings project.
This project includes all facets of remodeling inclusive of general contractor and associated electrical work. Completion date is June 18, 2003.
Bidding documents may be obtained at Middleton Associates Incorporated, 101A East College Ave., Normal, IL 61761-3028, phone 309.452.1271, after February 27, 2003. A Deposit of $25.00 per set is required. The deposit is refundable upon return of reusable undamaged documents within 10 days following the bid due date.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked entry work at Hovey Hall and Old Student Union buildings. Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Thursday, March 27, 2003. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 13, 2003, 1:30 PM CST, 117 Hovey Hall, Purchasing confernece room. If you are planning to submit a prime bid on this project, you must attend the prebid meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. The attendance log will be used at the bid opening. If your company name does not appear on the official attendance log, your bid will not be opened.
