The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the electronic scale and grain dump pit for Feedcenter at the Lexington Farm project (Bid # LB04250200).
The project includes the equipment and installation of the scale and dump pit. Bid documents may be obtained at the Purchasing Office, 1220 Purchasing, 117 Hovey Hall, Illinois State University, Normal, IL 61790-1220.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked electronic scale and grain dump pit for Feedcenter at the Lexington Farm. Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Thursday, April 25, 2002. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:30 PM, April 17, 2002, at the Lexington Farm, Lexington, IL. You must attend this pre-bid meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be made part of the bid opening. If your company name does not appear on the official attendance log, your bid will not be opened.
