The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Gregory Street Farm Utility Decommissioning and Demolition project.
This project includes the demolition of 17 buildings, 7 silos, and miscellaneous grain bins. The project also includes the removal of roadways, grading of lagoon, and the decommissionig of utilites.
Bidding documents are available at Farnsworth Group, Inc. 2709 McGraw Dr., Bloomington, IL, Ph: 309.663.8435. A $30 refundable deposit is required. Bidding documents will be available after April 15, 2003.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked Gregory Street Farm Utility Decommissioning and Demolition. Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Thursday, May 15, 2003. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 24, 2003, 1:30 PM local time at the Farm Shop Building on the Gregory Street Farm, 1702 Gregory St., Normal, IL. If your are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, your must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. The log will be used in the bid opening process. If your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
