for repair and/or replace Astro-Play turf. This project includes repairing and/or replacing section of the Astro-Play football turf in our Football Stadium. This will be a one-year contract with the option to renew annually for nine years. A 5% bid bond is required with bid.The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2004, 10:30 AM local time, South End Zone of Football Stadium. If your company intends to submit a prime bid for this project, your company must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. The log will be used in the bid opening process. If your company name does not appear on the attendance log, your bid will not be opened.
