The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the electrical upgrades at the University Farm in Lexington, IL, project.
This project includes new electrical services and upgrades of existing electrical service to buildings at the University Farm in Lexington. No internal wiring will be replaced.
Bidding documents may be obtained at Illinois State University Pruchasing Office, 117 Hovey Hall, Campus Box 1220, Illinois State University 61790-1220.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked electrical upgrades at the University Farm in Lexington, IL, . Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Wednesday, September 19, 2001. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
All bids must include:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 4, 2001, 10:30 AM local time, at the University Farm in Lexington, IL (formerly the Growmark Research Farm). If you are submitting a bid on this project, your company's name must appear on the Official attendance log. This log will be used at the bid opening. If your company's name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
