The University wishes to lease 7,500 to 15,000 square feet located at Normal, IL, for a period of five (5) years. This property will be used for a startup incubator for small businesses.

The University wishes to lease 7,500 to 15,000 square feet including circulation space for this facility. The space must be contiguous. To ensure the facility adequately serves the ISU student and faculty population, the space should be located within a one-mile walking distance from the center of the Illinois State University Quad. This property will be used primarily for offices, conference rooms, and workshops.
