The University is currently developing a Master Plan for Bone Student Center, which acts as the entrance for Braden Auditorium. This consultant is preparing both Short Term and Long Term plans, identifying work that can be accomplished in each in a sequenced and progressive manner. The Braden Auditorium consultant will work closely with the Bone Student Center consultant to provide a cohesive plan. Deliverables will include programmatic language, budget estimates, and schematic designs for a future phased renovation effort. The total budget for this portion of the project is approximately $100,000.
