Felmley Hall was constructed in 1930 and its Annex in 1964. The original building was constructed with a steam heating system. Part of the system was replaced 40 years later in 1970. Another 40 years has passed and replacement is again necessary. This project will convert the existing steam heating system into a hot water heating system.
