for the QBS process for the Schroeder Hall Relocation Project.

Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering firms interested in providing planning and design services for improvements to various facilities on the main campus that will provide spaces for the occupants of Schroeder Hall to relocate to while Schroeder is being remodeled. The designers will not only prepare documents for the improvements to existing spaces, but will also participate in the detailed scheduling of the work. The total budget for this project is approximately $1,000,000.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information included on the CDB 255 Form and any other information about your firm which you would like to include pertaining to this project. A copy of your CDB prequalification must also be included in your response. Three copies of your statement of qualifications must be sent to Linda Bagby, 117 Hovey Hall, Campus Box 1220, Illinois State University, Normal, IL 61790-1220.
