Project DescriptionIllinois State University is seeking professional architectural and engineering services from firms who have experience in university academic library improvements. A Master Plan has been completed for Milner Library and identified as Priority #1 is space now termed as a Student Success Center which is
"Envisioned as a student-facing 'hands-on' production space with a focus on digital technology....It is imagined that the Library will offer technology specialist services, possibly student ambassadors, and that some joint effort or partnership with other appropriate units would benefit the users as well."

- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
- Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
