Project Description
Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering firms interested in providing planning and design services for improvements to the football stadium (Hancock Stadium) on the main campus. Hancock Stadium, constructed in 1960, is a stadium with permanent concrete bleachers on the west and aluminum/wood and steel bleachers on the east and south. The intent is to improve the bleachers and fan amenities (concessions and restrooms) as part of this project. This project will not involve any work to the playing surface. This effort is for design portion of the project only. Construction funding will be sought after completion of the design. The total budget for this design effort is estimated at approximately $1,500,000.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information included on the CDB 255 form and any other information about your firm that you would like to include pertaining to this project. A copy of your CDB pre-qualification must be included in your response. Statements of Qualifications are due March 13, 2008, at 2:00 PM local time.
