Project Description
Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural or engineering firms interested in providing investigation and design services for evaluating up to twenty-five buildings on the main campus. Work will include an evaluation of tuck-pointing needs on the brick veneer exteriors of the campus buildings, followed by a design effort to guide the repair work. This repair will occur over a period of several years. A budget will be established for this project upon the completion of the investigative work.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information included on the CDB 255 form and any other information about your firm that you would like to include pertaining to this project. A copy of your CDB pre-qualification must be included in your response. Three copies of your statement of qualifications must be sent to Robyn Schuline, 117 Hovey Hall, 1220 Purchasing Office, Normal IL 61790-1220. Statements of Qualifications are due May 20, 2008, at 2:00 PM local time.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
  • Submitted 3 copies of their qualifications.
  • Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
