Request for Professional Services Qualifications (QBS): Redbird Arena Suite Seating Design Project

Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering firms interested in providing planning and design services for the creation of suite seating in Redbird Arena. The only effort being done at this time is design work. A campaign for funding will commence after design and budgets are established. This effort will be similar to the existing Scholarship Suite in the Arena. Up to seven more suites are planned to be constructed. The total budget for this design effort is approximately $70,000.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information included on the CDB 255 form and any other information about your firm that you would like to include pertaining to this project. A copy of your CDB pre-qualification must be included in your response. Three copies of your statement of qualifications must be sent to Robyn Schuline, 117 Hovey Hall, 1220 Purchasing Office, Normal IL 61790-1220. Statements of Qualifications are due June 5, 2008, at 2:00 PM local time.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Submitted 3 copies of their qualifications.
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
