Project Description.
This is a repost of QBS061913 with additional information that is material to the response of all interested firms.
Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering firms interested in providing complete design services for its planned Bone Student Center Rehabilitation project.
Design Services will include programming, planning, design and construction administration for the rehabilitation of the University�??s Bone Student Center. Firms interested in submitting their qualifications should have extensive design knowledge of university student center spaces and assemble and submit the necessary consultants to complete a high quality project. Preliminary project costs are estimated between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000.

- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
- Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
- There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
