for Qualification Based Selection for Watterson Tower Elevator Upgrade Project.

Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering firms interested in providing planning and design services for improvements to the elevators in Watterson Towers on the main campus. Work will include upgrades to the elevator controllers, control panels, and other cab acoutrements. All ADA standards will be met. The total budget for the project is approximately $1,700,000.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information included on the CDB 255 form and any other information about your firm that you would like to include pretaining to this project. A copy of your CDB prequalifications should also be included in your response. Three copies of your statement of qualifications must be sent to Linda Bagby, 117 Hovey Hall, 1220 Purchasing, Illinois State University, Normal, IL 61790-1220.
