Project Description
Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from engineering firms interested in providing investigation and design services for corrective work needed for the domestic water system at the West Campus Residence Hall Complex. Work will primarily involve the hot water system and its supply to the restrooms and showers on each floor of these three, twelve story towers, but it will also include all components of the domestic water system. The goal will be to have stability to the system that would allow for high and low occupancy adjustments that are self regulating based on demand. The total estimated budget for the evaluation and design is approximately $40,000.
