In accordance with the Quality Based Selection process, Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural and planning firms interested in providing planning services for the future development of the Gregory Street Property on the west campus. Work will include land planning for a variety of potential tenants and shall include proposals for streets, roads, and other site amenities. The total budget for this project is approximately $50,000.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information on the CDB 255 form and any other information about your firm that you would like to include pertaining to this project. A copy of your CDB prequalification should be included in your response. Three copies of your statement of qualifications must be sent to Linda Bagby, 117 Hovey Hall, Campus Box 1220, Normal, IL 61790-1220
