The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the HVAC Rehabilitation at various buildings project.

Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from engineering firms interested in providing planning and design services for the rehabilitation of the HVAC systems in various buildings on the main campus. This project will provide the replacement of those systems in order to provide better service for the building's occupants. Efforts will include the analysis of the existing systems within the building, analysis of the existing services (chilled water and steam) to the building and how that service will provide for any new system design, and the design of the new internal systems. The total budget for the project is approximately $475,000. Send responses to: Rick Kentzler, Campus Box 3390, Illinois State University, Facilities Planning, Normal, IL 61790-3390.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Wednesday, October 4, 2000. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
