Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering firms interested in providing design and construction administrative services for the renovation of up to 4,000 square feet of space in Edwards Hall for the Mennonite School of Nursing. Work will include renovating existing classroom type space into office and conference room functions. Mechanical and electrical systems will be impacted. The estimated cost for this project is $500,000.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Submitted 2 copies of their qualifications.
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
