for QBS for Northeast Chilled Water Zone Project.

Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural firms interested in providing planning services for improvements to the chilled water system serving the northeast corner of campus. This effort will involve the reconfiguration of piping in both Vrooman Center and Science Lab Building, installation of piping, bridging, and pumps, and the construction of a vault in the tunnel connecting the two buildings. The total budget for the project is approximately $485,000.

Your statement of qualifications must include the information on the standard CDB 255 form and any other information about your firm that you would like to include pertaining to this project. A copy of your CDB prequalification should be included in your response. Three copies of your statement of qualifications must be sent to Linda Bagby, 117 Hovey Hall, 1220 Purchasing, Illinois State University, Normal, IL 61790-1220.
