Redbird Arena Lower Level Air Conditioning Project - Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from engineering firms interested in providing design and construction administrative services for the installation of air conditioning systems for select areas of the lower level of Redbird Arena and modifications to the existing air handling system. This is an extension to the existing chilled water system in the facility. The estimated cost for this project is $300,000.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Submitted 2 copies of their qualifications.
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
