Project Description
Illinois State University requests sealed bids for the Haynie Hall Painting Project. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials required to paint all student rooms and residence hall floors noted in the attached specifications for the Haynie Residence Hall. This is a single prime project.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 23, 2011:

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 11, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Purchasing Office Conference Room, Room 226, Uptown Crossing, 100 South Fell Avenue, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois 61761. If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
All bid responses previously received will not be used for this rebid. CONTRACTORS MUST ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON MARCH 11th AND SUBMIT A NEW BID TO BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIVE.
