Project Description
Illinois State University requests sealed bids for the West Campus Hot Water Recirculation Upgrade project. The project involves the replacement of existing domestic hot water circulating piping and associated re-circulating pumps in the basement areas of Linkins, Haynie, Wilkins, and Wright Residence Halls.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Thursday January 17, 2008:

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on January 9, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the Linkins Dining Center, Shawnee Conference Room, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois, 61790. If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
