Project Description
Illinois State University requests sealed bids for the Watterson Commons Renovation project. The renovation includes, but is not limited to, interior work on the first floor dining area, dishroom, food prep and the back of the house areas, as well as, selected portions of the lower level scheduled for renovation. Prime bids will be accepted from General, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Electrical contractors.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 6, 2009:

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 15, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Rosa Parks Room at the Watterson Commons Building, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois 61790. If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
