Project Description
Illinois State University requests sealed bids for the Stroud Auditorium Asbestos Abatement Project. The project involves the removal of approximately 8100 square feet of asbestos-containing fireproofing and asbestos contaminated ceiling tile from the University High School Stroud Auditorium and the removal of TSI from University High School Stroud Auditorium and Gymnasium.

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 2:00 PM at University High School Stroud Auditorium, Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois 61790. If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.
