Illinois State University requests sealed bids for the Hancock Stadium West Bleacher Replacement Project. The project will provide for the removal of the existing fiberglass bleacher seat cladding material in the west grandstands and replace with a suitable and proper material for comfort and durability. This is a single prime project.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 26, 2011:

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 13, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the ISU Purchasing Office, Conference room 226, Uptown Crossing, 100 South Fell Avenue, Normal IL 61790-1220. If you are planning to submit a prime bid for this project, you must attend this meeting and your company name must appear on the official attendance log. This log will be used in the bid opening process, and if your company name does not appear on the log, your bid will not be opened.

- Submit 1 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
- Sealed envelopes containing the bids have the bid number and project title on the envelope.

- A letter from a surety company in substantially the form set forth in the Instructions to Bidders assuring the issuance of the performance and payment bonds.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
