Illinois State University is undertaking a project intended to determine how to participate in the renewable energy market in the State of Illinois.
We are requesting vendors to develop and present an outline describing recommended renewable energy options for our University including the recommended rated capacity in kW, estimated annual output in kWh and overall cost per kWh for a power purchase agreement or alternatively the one time capital cost and annual rated output in kWh if proposed as a capital project for the university.
