The University's Housing Services is requesting proposals to rent washers and dryers and provide maintenance services for an initial four-year term and four annual renewal options to provide laundry accommodations for an estimated 6,500 students. The services requested must allow student users to utilize the laundry equipment with no additional costs. The services must work with smart phone technology and provide an application (App) that will notify students when their washing or drying cycle is completed, aka "laundry alert system."


A mandatory pre-submission conference call will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time.
