Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) is seeking statements of qualifications from design firms interested in providing services to assess existing interior and exterior branding, wayfinding and signage program and update or develop a new comprehensive program that can be adopted and implemented for all NEIU facilities on the main campus, in Chicago, and any other university facility that may be appropriate. The intended scope of engagement will be to update or develop a new NEIU relevant, hierarchical, coordinated and systematic branding, wayfinding and signage program solution and documentation of developed standards, and subsequent bidding and implementation.
Questions or requests for clarification regarding this solicitation, including specifications must be in written form and submitted to the Solicitation Contact no later than 4:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, April 22, 2021.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
- Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
- There is a 20 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
- The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
