Initial contract will be for the programming and preliminary design phases only. This will include developing and organizing requirements and performing functional and economic analysis. Services shall also include a final report for the selected solution, including supporting data, schematic plans, and a preliminary cost estimate.
Estimated Project Cost
The current estimate for major project construction is $150,000, excluding architectural and engineering services. This total is based, in many cases, on anticipated equipment usage that likely will change as a result of Program Analysis and Schematic Design Phase.
