Project Description
Furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the remodeling & renovation project on the east side of the first floor of Building B, know as Angelina Pedroso Center for Diversity and Intercultural Affairs, Project. No. 02-0159-1109, which includes partial selective demolition and removal of existing building elements (walls, ceilings, flooring, light fixtures, HVAC elements, etc.) and construction of new full height drywall and glazed partitions, ceiling, new power, lighting and telephone/data outlets, and related modifications to existing electrical and HVAC systems of the building.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, November 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., in Student Union Room SU216.

BID SECURITY: $19,550.00
