Project Description
Furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment to complete the remodeling and renovation project known as Admissions and Transfer Center, Project No. 04-0101-0509, which includes partial selective demolition and removal of existing building elements (storefronts, walls, ceiling, flooring, light fixtures, HVAC elements, etc.) and construction of new full height drywall and glazed partitions, ceiling, new power, lighting and tele/data outlets, and related modifications to existing electrical and HVAC systems of the building.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2010 @ 10:00 A.M. in Lech Walesa Hall Room 3020.

BID SECURITY: $17,500.00
