for auditorium theatre lighting (Bid # 05-0001-0603). Northeastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified companies to furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project known as Auditorium Theatre Lighting, Project No. 05-0001-0603.

Major project elements include:

  • Stage lighting control panels and receptacles
  • Remote control panels and receptacles
  • Integration of existing control console into new system
  • Dimmers, including the re-use of the existing dimmer rack
  • Wiring devices
  • Network data system control wiring
  • Theatrical luminaires and accessories, including:
    Ellipsoidal reflector spots, Fresnel lens spotlights, PAR holders,
    scoops, cyclorama striplights and follow spots.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday 17 October 2003 at 10:00am in the Building H Training Room.

Obtain bid documents at Northeastern Illinois University, Facility Maintenance Building H, 5500 N. St. Louis Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60625.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
