for auditorium seating (Bid # 05-0113-0503). Northeastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified companies to furnish and install all necessary labor, material, and equipment required to complete the project known as Auditorium Seating, Project No. 05-0113-0503; to provide seating for a newly renovated, 440 seat capacity, auditorium.

Work scope includes providing and installing fixed upholstered auditorium chairs with self-rising seat mechanisms. Seat aisle lighting connections must be compatible with existing aisle lighting conduit and junction box locations.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday 17 October 2003 at 1:00pm in the Facilities Management Training Room located in Building H.

Bid documents may be obtained at Northeastern Illinois University, Facilities Maintenance Building H, 5500 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago, IL, 60625.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
